As our customer you are welcome to contact us with questions about your machine or if any problem should occur. All of our products are high quality - we are determined to remove anything from our range we feel does not meet our standards. In spite of this problems can occur, sometimes related to how to use the machine, sometimes based on a more technical issue. If something should happen we advise that you use the following process:

  • Ring or email us, much can be solved over the telephone or by written contact.

  • If we need to, then we will take the machine in, either  for us to repair it ourselves or for one of our service partners to take care of it.

Guarantee information
All machines purchased by people for domestic use have at least a two year guarantee. This does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear or issues which arise through failing to clean and maintain the products properly. Guarantees to businesses
The standard warranty for machines used/ purchaased by a business is 12 months. Clearly, as above, this does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear or issues which arise through failing to clean and maintain the products properly.

Jura and Franke offer a 12 month on site parts and labour guarantee. Extended warranties are available. Please contact us for details.
