Prices
Prices are stated in UK pounds. For ease of calculation for consumer and corporate customers prices can be displayed either including VAT or excluding VAT at the choice of the person browsing.
Shipping
At present we are only shipping within the UK. Shipping costs of £3 will be added to all orders up to £9.99; £6 will be added to all orders between £10 to £19.99; £12 will be added to all orders between £20 and £99.99; orders over £100 incur no shipping costs; prices quoted here include VAT.
Guarantee
Guarantee for electronic goods to consumers is 2 years unless otherwise stated and 1 year to businesses unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right both to repair or replace or refund goods under guarantee and to inspect them before doing so. Contact us promptly by telephone or email if a problem with equipment should arise. Repairs required resulting from failing to maintain or use the equipment correctly are not covered by the guarantee. Do not hesitate to ask us about maintenance or use of the equipment - useful information can be found under Tips and Advice.
